🟢 What is aromatherapy?

🧪 Are your essential oils 100% natural?
 Yes. Our essential oils are guaranteed 100% pure and natural , with no additives or preservatives. They are extracted by steam distillation or cold pressing, and come from carefully selected plants.

⚠️ Can essential oils be used on the skin?
 Some oils are dermo-caustic and must be diluted in a vegetable oil before applying to the skin. Consult our product sheet or our user guide for each oil.

👶 Are essential oils suitable for children or pregnant women?
 The use of essential oils is not recommended for pregnant or breastfeeding women and young children , except on medical advice. We clearly state this on each relevant product sheet.

🟢 What is CBD?
 CBD (cannabidiol) is a molecule naturally present in hemp. Unlike THC, it has no psychotropic effects. It is known for its relaxing, calming, and anti-stress properties .

⚖️ Is it legal in France?
 Yes, our CBD products are 100% legal in France . They comply with current regulations:

  • Hemp from authorized varieties

  • THC content ≤ 0.3%

  • Certificates of analysis available upon request

😌 Does CBD make you “high”?
 No. CBD is not a narcotic and does not cause euphoria or addiction. It is used to promote relaxation without altering consciousness.

💧 How to use CBD oil?

 Yes. Each batch is subject to independent analysis guaranteeing:

 Orders are processed within 24 to 48 hours. Standard delivery is generally made within 2 to 5 business days depending on your location.

🔁 Can I return a product?
 Yes. You have 14 days to change your mind , in accordance with the right of withdrawal. For hygiene reasons, only unopened products can be returned. Visit our Returns & Refunds page.
